Classcribe is an AI-powered service that converts lecture recordings into structured study notes. Users can upload audio files, which are transcribed and processed to generate comprehensive notes, summaries, and study materials.

Account Terms

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission
• Use automated systems to access the service without our consent

Subscription and Payments

• Free accounts are limited to 2 lecture uploads per month.
• Paid subscriptions provide additional features and higher upload limits.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis.
• All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of all audio recordings and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing our services.

Generated Notes: The notes generated from your recordings are yours to use for personal and educational purposes.

Intellectual Property

The Classcribe service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Classcribe and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Classcribe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of transcriptions or generated notes. You should review all generated content before relying on it for academic purposes.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
